The goal of personalized workspaces is to empower users to have a more natural work experience and interaction with the business through Macola 10 which provides role-specific views into the core business functions and activity and process management. Personalized workspaces enable users to solve problems with specific roles in mind.

  • Critical Job Functions — Specific workspaces are aimed at bringing together critical functions to perform a job. Examples include a sales workspace, human resources workspace, accounting/finance workspace, order processing workspace, etc. Workspaces can be geared toward a specific job (shop floor manager) or a specific group (accounting).
